Its a car called the OneCAT produced by Tata Motors out of India. India 's Tata Motors is collaborating with Air engine developer Guy Nègre of MDI to produce the vehicle. The production of another CAT car for local markets might begin early 2009 in Spain and Australia." This is perhaps the coolest thing I've ever heard of!

Barcelona: Leader in solar energy
Sustainability regulations in Spain’s second largest city, Barcelona, require solar panels to be fitted to all large buildings. Imported food could be greener than local, says DEFRA
Imported food from Brazil and New Zealand, a new a DEFRA-funded study has claimed, could have less impact on the environment than food produced in the UK. While the production systems used by Brazilian and British poultry farmers were largely similar, the report says 25% less energy was used in producing Brazilian poultry meat. Thanks.
