UK Plays Ostrich
In the last few weeks the UK Government has announced that it has given the green light for 10 more nuclear stations to be built to help cover energy supply over the next 30 to 50 years and help lower its CO2 emissions. But surprise, surprise this isn’t mentioned in dispatches by the pro nuclear lobby either of course.

Eco-Friendly Plywood
My problem as regards to plywood is not the wood but the manufacturing method and process and especially and particularly here the glues that are used to bond the boards together. The British Conservative Party seems to be adding nuclear power to that, as does the current government. Is that not a contradiction in terms? Methinks not.
