    On Saturday, to cap Earth Week, I invited my favorite stars of The Real Housewives of New York to JCPenney to join me in collecting used denim to benefit the charity Goodwill Industries.   Starting at 6AM, people started lining up at the store.  By 9AM, the line wrapped all around the Manhattan Mall.   The reason?  was put to work, too.
